are you kidding me? the best, no shit, the best Irish food I've ever had. the owner seems like a serious--in the Irish-rasta-monk-sense--guy, which should reassure you. the service is impeccable for a pub-style atmosphere. seriously, go here and listen to what they tell you is good (I had the lamb pie. holy shit.) and you'll leave happy.

This place has become my local bar were you'll find me, it's a small Irish pub with a few booths, long bar and a pair of pool tables in back. The bartenders are great; Cass and Joel are the ones always there when I come in. The place had a come one come all charm. Once you walk in past that door, who you are outside of it doesn't matter, who you are outside, you're family once your inside. They run beer and well specials on different days of the week, with a wide selection of beer and hard liquor. So you know this is not a cocktail bar. If you want a cocktail they don't keep cream, milk or simple syrup on hand. And you may have to tell them how to make it, except Joel will know how to make it most likely. They used to carry Red Stone mead but they don't any more that is a downer. The foods not amazing but its good as they inherited a lot if not most of little chefs recipe book, that doses include, pancakes bigger than the plate. And they serve food after last call most days, making it better choice than Denny's or Steak n' Shake for a late night snack. If you want a relaxed local bar were you can get some decent food to get over a stressful day here's the place for you. Just know what goes in your favorite cocktail.
