Toast on Market was very good.  We stopped in for breakfast.  The waitstaff was skillful and friendly, typifying Hoosier hospitality.  The coffee had body and flavor.  I ordered the Cliffie's Breakfast with bacon, which took the form of two eggs, toast, bacon, hashbrown casserole and two pancakes.  I took up their offer of pecans in the pancakes, which turned out to have some body and flavor to them  The pecans were a good addition.  D ordered the yogurt with granola and fruit.  It was delicious.  Toast is in a nice old building with hardwood floors and brick walls, a pleasant change from modern.
Review Source:I love pancakes and was disappointed with what Toast flipped onto my plate. They were hard, not soft and fluffy as described in the menu. Hashbrown casserole was mushy, but had a good taste. I am not a lemon, bread pudding or tiramisu fan so I opted for the standard buttermilk pancakes. Next time, we will stick to having breakfast at Wild Egg.
