Jade Dragon Restaurant

Having been a Chinese food connoisseur since I first learned to drive and having sampled Chinese Restaurants at corners of the Bay Area, I can honestly say that this is one of the top three Chinese Restaurants I have ever dined at in my entire life and certainly the BEST in San Mateo County. I recommend the Mandarin Dinner, with the delicious pot stickers, Mongolian beef, walnut prawns, Broccoli Chicken, and Hot and Sour Soup.  You honestly can't go wrong here and I signed up for Yelp just to review this place! GREAT FOOD!

finishing up korean grocery shopping at kukje...jade dragon neighboring across the side...a drink at a chinese restaurant?...entrance and finding an american style bar...standard chinese restaurant to the right, but here for a drink...smalll talk with chinese bartender...order of a beer..cold and refreshing...odd bar find...

This place rocks.  The looks are quite ordinary but the food? Tremendous.  The filling in the dumplings was a very unique recipe with meat and a bit of vegetable crunch.  

Our entrees were all great and too much. Two dishes feeds three for sure.  I had a spicy Kung Po Calamari and my partner had Orange Chicken.  Perfectly done.

I've bookmarked this one so we can return again on our next trip to the Bay Area.
