  Great sandwiches and super fast service. A great option to try - the unwich -- any sandwich on a lettuce wrap. They're generous with the lettuce and it is a great way to cut out the bread/carbs.

  Employees are rude and they always mess up the order and the food is always awful at best.  I've eaten at Jimmy John's in several locations and this one is by far the worst.  They need to get competent, polite help and ensure the accuracy of their orders much better.  I love Jimmy John's but this location is awful!

  I love the sandwiches at Jimmy Johns...  the #2 and have them add provolone... wonderful!  Or the #12 with extra sprouts!  And I love their jalepeno chips...  not too spicy, but a nice addition to one of their subs.  So why only 2 stars?
  
  I have found this particular location's service to be awful...  in fact, if it wasn't for the sandwiches, this location would receive one star from me.  Every time I have gone in the high school students behind the counter are always busy talking to each other, despite the line of people waiting to order or waiting for their orders.  And forget trying to get them to cater for your group.  Not only did they mess up the order, they charged us the wrong price, and they were over an hour late because the driver was lost, but didn't bother to call and let us know.  I even called a few times before the day to confirm as the first time I called to place the order, I talked to 5 different people, none of which seemed to know anything about catering.  When I wrote to their manager/head office (because the staff at this store was no help) he was not in the least apologetic for any of the confusion that had happened and made it sound like it was my fault for using their catering service...
  
  And having been to other locations, it really just is this store that has a problem with customer service.  And as far as their delivery, you may want to check with them as sometimes they will deliver and sometimes they will not.  If you are craving Jimmy John's, go to the one in Newburgh.

  Jimmy John's has the best sandwiches money can buy!  I am obsessed with the #6 veggie, and I'm pretty sure I could eat them every day.  I am willing to drive all across town and brave the hell that is Burkhardt road to get my Jimmy John's.  The bread is really good and freshly baked every day, and the cheese is fresh too, and not that processed stuff they serve at subway.  They will deliver on the east side.

  This franchise serves up simple, tasty sandwiches at great prices.  The bread & sandwich fixins are fresh and the workers always seem to be in great moods.  Just today I discovered they have a drive thru and they were crazy fast, like less than 2 minutes total-I was way impressed.  Inside is typical bench/table seating with entertaining signs on the wall.  Catering is available.  The have have 2 vegetarian sandwich options and also offer chips and big dill pickles.  Mmmm
