Jimmy John's

Definitely one of the quicker JJ's experiences I've had in recent memory.. I was on daddy patrol and didn't have enough hands to make myself dinner.. SOOOO Off to Jimmy John's we went.. Me being the amazing father I am.. I debated leaving her in the car (locked of course) since JJ's is usually speedy.. But I knew my wife would not be pleased if she ever found out.  And there are an increasingly growing numbers of weirdo's out there.  So I grabbed her car seat and took her in with me.

I ordered my normal, 16 no tomato, ez mayo.  They swiped my card for whatever the total was.  By the time I could shove my CC back in my wallet, bend down pick up the car seat and walk to the end of the counter my sandwich was ready.  I had to be in an out in under 2 minutes.  Can you get that at... Subway?  Taco Bell?  Pizza Hut to go? MMmm.. No.

The sandwich was pretty good despite a screaming baby who wouldn't go to sleep and let me enjoy it all at once.. It may have taken me 45 minutes to eat it and guzzle my side of Coors Light, but I got it done!

If I feel like being a lazy-ass, I'll stay home and order food from Jimmy John's.

It's hard to beat the delivery.

The food just isn't that good, however.

When I don't feel like being lazy, I'll get off the couch and eat at one of the many joints in the area that have better food.

Worst customer service of any Jimmy John's we've ever visited. The OWNER of the store argued with us after her own cashier got our order wrong. It's a real shame when a poor business owner represents what is otherwise a great franchise. We won't be back to this location.
