If you want a really good home cooked meal and don't wait to wait standing in line line a cattle call, this is the place. My wife I go here about once or twice a month and rarely are we disappointed. The service is OK...you always get some nice lady who needs a job and this is the place they go but I am guessing they don't pay these kids too much because you hardly ever see anyone twice.

Almost everything is tasty, and not really that expensive. My favorite is a bowl of vegetable beef soup and a loaded baked potato. Of course, why they call it vegetable beef is one of those mysteries because you need an electron microscope to fund the beef.....but it is good. And for the potato....ask for all the items to be served on the sde and you will get little cups filled with cheese, bacon, green peppers, and sour cream.  Both of these is a great meal, low cost, and not that bad on the calories.

My wife loves their sausage gravy over bread or biscuits although the last time we went, they had some problem cooking their sausage links.

Any BE is about the same...I just wish they would open some stores in Louisiana so my family could enjoy it!
