JT's Grille & Bar

Met some friends for Sunday Brunch at their request. Great suggestion!  Quick service, friendly staff, and my two favorite things......heavy silverware, quality paper napkins.....all pluses for me. The food was very tasty, they made my omelet just as I asked. BONUS, as that rarely happens. I split a side of B&G with Paul and we were both pleased. We'll be back. Thanks JT's.

JT's is a Grille and Bar set in the old Just Judy's building.  Just Judy's was a favorite of mine, and when they sold out, I thought to myself, "There goes the neighborhood".

Boy, was I wrong.

JT's has a sold menu the runs the full range from traditional bar food to more gourmet selections.

The breaded tenderloin is one of the very best in town.  Be warned...bring a friend with you for sharing.  This is a seriously big sandwich.  The breading is wonderfully crisp, and the meat is fresh cut and fresh pounded.  If you're a fan of a REAL tenderloin...not a fritter...you'll be happy here.

The service is above average, the prices are quite reasonable for the amount and quality of food.  The highest compliment I can pay to a restaurant is that they have earned my repeat business, and JT's certainly has.

Came last Wednesday for dinner with the fam. Mom and grandma got the catfish special, and gramps and I got the 10oz sirloin. Beers and wine, and they've got a full bar in the middle of the restaurant. The restaurant is kind of split into two sections, as if it used to be smoking/non-smoking. There's a small stage in one section, and TV's in the other section (might be tv's in the stage section, didn't sit over there so i can't remember). Both sections have easy access to the bar. There was a guy playing guitar and singing the entire time we were there, I don't think he took a break once! They have music on Wednesday nights according to the owner, who served and chatted with us. Nice guy. Definitely a place I will come back to. Good food, reasonably priced, and a good location.
