Whenever I don't feel like driving all the way into Haleiwa and dealing with crowds for Opal Thai, this place is the next best thing! And it's also only a minute from my house :)
The ladies at this Thai Food truck are so nice, they really put love into their food. I'm a big fan of their pad thai and drunken noodles, both have exotic and delicious flavors. Their curries are also really good, everything is made to order so all the ingredients are always fresh.
I recently ordered their chili salmon instead of my usual pad thai, and that was excellent as well. The salmon was fresh and had great flavor, there are still a few things on the menu that I really want to try like the papaya salad and the coconut fried rice.
This really is the best Thai Food truck around, it's great to have some diversity with so many shrimp trucks around!
Food was very tastey... was glad there was a tent to sit under cuz the super crazy wind would have blown my fried rice right off my fork! Â Spice level was good... Â could have or should have ordered it a little spicier. Â FYI had Thai fried rice withshrimp. Â I'd eat there again... had good flavor. Â Just a little hesitant about eating from a food truck... that's all.
Review Source:Got the penang shrimp. Â The quality of the shrimp here is on par with other shrimp trucks on the north shore. Â It's only $8 which beats the $12+ garlic shrimp plates at other shrimp trucks plus it's a bit of variety if you want something a lil different from the norm. Â They have a full Thai menu and it looks like it hasn't been dumbed down to be easily prepared within a truck kitchen. Â Pretty authentic here.
Review Source:It's a great food truck on the north shore. There are a lot of options but this place mixes it up with the Thai flavor. Â The food we decent but I'm giving it 5 starts on service. we pulled into the parking lot at around 6:15 and they closed at 6 pm. Â they were putting everything away and while we about to drive off they came back and said we could order. Â they were so nice!
we had the pad see ew and pad thai. Â papaya salad was super spicy and delicious. Â
can't go wrong with this place, especially with not many other options other than shrimp trucks around.
