  Horrible service and inconsiderate counter staff.  If the other KFC was remotely close, I'd go there, but I can't see driving 15 miles for chicken.  Insufferablely rude staff, and it's worse if you go there during lunch.  
  
  Tonight the girl at the counter couldn't decide how much adding an extra piece of chicken to a 2-pc meal would be.  I suggested some prices from the menu, but she "didn't think so."  She finally decided it would be $2.60 per piece to add on.  Ridiculous!  But, not surprising when we're talking the Madison Heights KFC.  Sad group, manager included.
