La Cocina de Candelaria

Stopped at this cute little cart on the way back into Eugene today and was pleasantly surprised at the quality.  We sampled the Carne Asada, Adobada (seasoned pork) and Seasoned Chicken tacos.  Everything was well seasoned and fresh.  She has a nice selection of hot sauces if you need more spice.  The tortillas, which I am pretty sure were handmade, were delicious!  There is a nice small homey covered patio that brings the whole concept and experience together.  
They are located in the parking lot of the Pleasant Hill Feed and Farm Supply off of Hwy 58.  The turn in is BEFORE the location, make sure not to miss it.

The real deal Mexican food. Tried the chicken, carne and pork tacos.  Just perfect, the right amount of spice.
