Went in tonight for a quick meal. That did not happen. Â Bar had approximately 10 people and two bartenders/wait staff. Took 15 minutes to get menus - claimed they were in the middle of a shift. Â Took another 15 minutes for them to come back for orders. Â Ordered mini pizzas and calzone - Â cheese fell off the pizza as kids were trying to eat it. Â Calzone was burnt. Â Can't over come bad service and bad food.
Review Source:Well, I am also a recent victim of the dreaded 3 hour delivery.
Timeline:
8:15 PM order placed online for a large pepperoni for 9:15 delivery time.
9:15 PM *tumbleweeds*
10:00 PM I think maybe i misinterpreted their online ordering system and 9:15 means maybe that is when they start making the pizza. So I call them, long story short, they throw a pie in the oven for me and promise to remove the delivery charges.
11:00 PM Pizza arrives.
2 days later. credit card finalizes. Delivery and tip not removed from bill.
Makes me wonder what would of happened if I hadn't called. Do they just keep my money for free?
Is calling them the impetus they need to begin my order? Should i order online, then call within 5 minutes to get an order on time?
Never again.
I ordered my pizza at 8:30 and am still waiting for it....like a previous rater, called to check in on the pizza at 9:30 and was told it would be there in a few minutes. Â Just called back again and was told the same thing. Â Rude customer service and ridiculously long time to wait for a pizza. Â Very disappointed. Â There are much better pizza places in the area. Â I would highly recommend NOT ordering from this place.
Review Source:This place is horrible! I ordered my food at 9:30pm and it's 11 o'clock and the person tells me that the driver will be here any minute. Â He told me the same thing at 10:40. Then I ask why is a chicken sandwich and chili taking so long and he blames the driver. Â This is pitiful excuse for customer service!
Review Source:Some things never change. Ordered a few months ago. I realize that a lot has changed, but the service is still horrible. Ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni. Pizza took 1.5 hours for delivery. Brought it upstairs and discovered that it was a pie with everything. Called them, explained. No apology, but another will come. You would think they would think "We messed up, this is a long-time customer, so we'll put some effort into getting this quickly delivered." Nah. Took another hour and 20 minutes. Discount for all of the bullshit? Nah.In this situation,I debate cancelling, but I'm hungry and already have so much time invested. Do I risk calling another pizza place? I should have, and then tell Lacoco's when they showed up that I did not want the pizza anymore.Pizza joints ought to be honest and just tell a customer that things are running slow because they'd at least KEEP their customers with honesty, rather than put them through a shit experience like this.
EVERYONE: Do not patronize this place. Let it go out of business.
So we have been ordering from this place for over a year. Â In a neighboorhood that does not have much in the way of delivery this place what just what was needed.
Great thin pizza, chips and salsa (salsa is amazing!), good calzones and good italian beef....on and italian ice that is oh so good.
Now we ordered last week and the pizza was burnt....the chips to go with the salsa are burnt....we figure it is Friday it was an off night. Â Now it is a week later and we place another order. Pizza is burnt AGAIN. Â Italian beef is tiny and not how we ordered it. Â I ordered a burger and it is PINK I do not mind medium but this is too pink.
We call to speak to a manager...who has a hard time identifing herself, then has an attitude with me? Â Then says that they had 300 orders go out today and we are the first to complain!!?? OK...needless to say that they have lost a customer.
i don't know, this place is all right if you just need a quick slice of thin crust. you know, their thin is all right. but something about their deep dish, if you get a slice, i mean it fills you up and all that, but the tomato sauce tastes like they just scooped out a couple of table spoons from some generic can of tomato sauce that tastes like metal
Review Source:So I have been going to this place for over 10 years., it was awesome.. BUT I went in after some time to get some italian ice and burgers.. only to see that you can only enter thru the bar.. no more drive thru, limited menu... and food was very different. Â Red sauce was total opposite of what it was before. everything else was ok, but nothing worth going back for. Â Plus there seemed to be a "regular" crowd in there screaming and yelling and totally wasted at 3pm
There are many better places in the area... Â Server was nice though.. only real positive.
A usual staple of our company supplied holiday celebration ( or winter festival, or yearly gathering, or whatever you want to call it to keep with the p.c. people)  The pizza is really not that bad, and is always delivered hot, fresh, and on time, even if we order 30 pizzas.  But also, their sandwiches are pretty good, I'd try the meatball sandwich (just my suggestion).  The only thing wrong I have ever experienced here is when picking up an order, the people they have working the take out/pick-up counter seem to have severe mental deficiencies  ( borderline retarded- that wouldn't be at all p.c.).
