Lake House Pub

I'm really surprised this place hasn't been written up yet, considering that it seems to be packed pretty much every weekend.

This seems to be a favorite for an eclectic mix of pool sharks, bikers, sports fans, and girls nights out.    

The main level of the bar is on the west side of the building, facing the main parking lot.   This level has the main bar, a pool table, several dart boards, a stage, and the patio.   There is another level upstairs on the east side of the building, facing a smaller lot, with more seating and at least one more pool table.  

There is an overall tropical theme and there is often live entertainment.   A DJ was setting up during my visit, they also have live acts and karaoke.

It seems like a fun and lively place.   Upon arrival I was greeted by an overly friendly drunk biker in about his mid 40s.   But I also nearly saw a fight break out between a guy playing pool and a person sitting nearby.  Pretty much everyone else was keeping to themselves.

Though it thinned out by the time I took photos, the bar was pretty busy when I first arrived.   However I was attended to very quickly and the drink prices were not bad.

The bar has a Lee's Summit address but it technically sits in Lake Lotawana.
