This is the new Mexican restaurant that lives where the Mexican seafood restaurant and the not-so-dearly departed Bungalow lived. Â And I have to say, I really liked it. Â
We were the only ones in the restaurant and got great service from the waitress, who is fully bilingual so there were no communication problems whatsoever. Â The food was well-prepared, quickly served, and very tasty. Â The atmosphere is that of a house, with nice soft warm colors that looked like it could be someone's real house in Mexico. Â The dining room is marred however by a huge TV that was on the entire time on a Mexican reality show.
All in all, a nice alternative to the over-the-top kitschyness that has become Little Mexico. Â They have a liquor license application on the door so hopefully they will serve alcohol soon!
