I stopped in here on a Friday Night, I didn't try any of the food, but people were eating it so I'm guessing it's typical sports bar food. The drinks were OK, and the waitress was cool, but this just wasn't my type of place. For those looking for a more mature, grown environment, head up the street to Red Sky, Laurel Station is not that type of environment. This place is more of a hood spot, guys that still sag, and chicks that like guys that still sag, lol. Music is LOUD, definitely not a date spot, and the police sit outside in the parking lot.
Review Source:We frequent Laurel Station at least once a week. The food is always consistent and I have never had to send anything back. They have tons of tvs, so there are always options to watch different sports. I have found that we get better service and drinks when we sit at the bar. It becomes kind of suspect when you sit at one of the tables...your service could be stellar or you can end up waiting 25 minutes for a drink. Overall a good option to have in Laurel, if you aren't feeling Fridays or find Red Sky too expensive.
Review Source:I'm giving this place four stars for a number of reasons. Â The food is never bad, the drinks are always perfectly normal to pleasantly strong, the music is always "festive", meaning, if you felt like dancing, you totally could without feeling out of place.
Laurel station is what this area has been needing for quite sometime. Â It's your traditional sports bar setting, nothing terribly special, but they have something that's hard to find elsewhere. Â Good, consistent food, friendly staff (which doesn't change frequently), and a group of regulars that are absolutely awesome.
It's an awesome place to watch the games on Sundays, or any other day for that matter. Â Go for happy hour, or late night for a low key party. Â It's not pretty, so don't expect that, but it's a solid place to have a good drink and a meal with some current music, without having to travel into the city. Â
Also, the owners are ALWAYS there, which goes to show the pride and responsibility they take for their establishment, and it shows.

The wings were delicious! My boyfriend got a chicken sandwich and I got a tuna sandwich which were all good. Watch out for the hot wings -- they are really hot!!
The atmosphere was sort of weird but we really enjoyed the food and it was really cheap.
They have happy hour like everyday sunday -- check out their prices ahead of time.
The menu is great. The drinks are off the chain. The crowd is ratchet, I have to be honest. There were 4 Laurel PD cop cars outside and about 7 people smoking outside.
The service was wack. There was a male bartender who was great and very attentive, but the female bartender was not attentive, paused and had to think about the answer whenever you asked her a question, and DIDN'T tell us about the $6 wings for happy hour!
I stiffed the shit outta her, I sure did!
The music was also good.
A true bar in Laurel. You don't find these too often other than the ones inside of chain restaurants. This place has a pretty decent selection of beer on tap (including my personal favorite - Guinness YUM). They have good happy hour specials from 4-8 M-Sat and all day on Sunday. The crowd is a very mixed bag. I was there on a Satruday around 7:30 and most of the people there were 20s-30s (a younger crowd than a lot of the bars in the area).
We sat at the bar and the service was pretty good. The food is your typical bar food. I got a buffalo chicken salad which was enough for two meals (yay leftovers!) and was basic but tasty. The liquor shelves are very well-organized which I loved (I know, I'm a nerd).
All in all, not a bad local hangout spot. I've heard the wings are good but I'm not a wing person. I will say that the buffalo sauce on the chicken in my salad was pretty awesome. Not sure what the late-night crowd is like but I definitely plan on visiting this place again.
Great happy hour specials and the food is pretty good too! Â Ladies night on Thursdays. Â Only negative comment would be the music is too loud during the day. Â I understand the music being loud late night but not when your trying to watch a daytime game. Â It is nice to have a decent sports bar in Laurel.
Review Source:Ghetto ghetto and more ghetto. Ugghh. Go at ur own risk, unless you too are....GHETTO. Â Young servers who have no clue about the service industry apparently, managers who don't care, and super slow service. Â Oh, and the bathroom has been dirty everytime I've used it, which has been plenty (me and beer don't get along) Â Used to stop here to watch the Sunday games but then....received some damn near raw buffalo wings, traded it for a well done burger that was cooked to beyond death, then the barmaid almost gets into a brawl with a patron. Â Aye, aye aye ENOUGH!! Â Back to Red Sky where the adults know how to get their drink on in peace (well, sometimes).
Review Source:I passed this spot a couple of time on my way to work, and this past Sunday, I decided to check it out. First, when I pulled up in my car, I liked that they had alot of parking which is good, BUT I didn't like the fact that there were some "wanna be" thugs outside. Ok...so I went in...it wasn't crowded, which was cool with me. The spot was very clean. Flat screens every where. I sat at the bar and the bartender asked me what I would like. He was nice. I just had a beer so I can't tell you if the food is good or if a mixed drink is pricey here. BUT all in all, I think its a cool spot to come to, to watch a game or just hang out. It's your average bar. I would like to come on a night when it's really busy to see if I feel the same way.
Review Source:I was hearing some talk about this spot from a few of my Red Sky friends. So me and another friend went to check this place out on a Friday night about an hour before closing.
How can I describe this place? You ever seen a teen movie or an after school special where the kids go for burgers and shakes after class lets out? Well LS is a Hip Hop version of this sort of a scenario. Imagine coming in here to see a multitude of Lil Waynes, Lil Jons, and Lil whoevas. And instead of burgers and shakes being served, its more like burgers, Bone Crushers, and Remys straight.
So now I'm thinking, where's Megan Good and Lauren London?? Sorry to disappoint, but no sexy cheerleader types here, maybe a few strippers and waitresses that just got off work. But, that's about it.
(I'm jokin' there were a few cute ones).
The music was on point! The spot is almost like a club. Definitely a neighborhood feel where, everyone has history and goes waaaaay back. Although we just had a drink. I will definitely do this again and  next time try the food, because the buffalo wings was lookin some kinda good! Overall it was a chill vibe people were having fun, walking around talking, and two-steppin to the music.
PG Police had the whole back of this establishment gridlocked, so you definitely don't have to worry about no mess going down. All and all not bad, always good to have a place like this where you simply can come as you are.
I see you Laurel ha-ha!
So nice to have a non chain in Laurel. Â
$4 Long Islands and $5 apps at HH = money. Â
I am generally pretty good at hyperbole but no exaggeration this place has the best wings I have ever had in my life. Â I hate soggy wings and these stayed crispier than any buffalo wing I have ever had. Â So much so that you can hear the crackle when you bite into them.
Oh they also played 93 Til Infinity and some Tribe. Â My bathing suit area was tingling.
