Excellent!! This place is everything! Think about it: do you REALLY want to drive that far for a good drink? For you all in the 90305, this place used to be Oasis Prime Rib. I exercise, and I pass this place everyday. Today, I saw a guy painting the window seals cobalt blue and I KNEW it was gonna be great. I live nearby so it was wonderful to drive down the street and park. My date and I ordered two small fried catfish meals. They were fresh and seasoned well (and I am pretty picky!) The music was perfect for two mid-thirty/early forty year olds. It was quaint and clean. The people were friendly too. I can't wait to go back. Great job Lavender Blue!!
