Melody Bar & Grill

Drinks are reasonably priced at about 5-6$ a beer and the place is very spacious. Although, the group I went with ate out on the patio because the music indoors can be a bit loud. Nice overall setting, right by LAX on Sepulveda

So my friend took me here to have a drink after work. I didn't mind the location since its close to my office but man the drink prices are a little high. I did get a French Connection $16 but it was made right can't really f that drink up. But the service was great the bartender came over to us about 4 times while we sat there and drank about $80 worth of drinks and beers. The food is not bad especially once the buzz kicks in.

I came here with a few friends after spending some time at the LAX Appreciation Day at Bradley Terminal.  It's just North of the airport and there is plenty of parking behind the bar.  

It's a dive bar but the food is surprisingly good.  We ordered the garlic fries, the lemon chicken wings (they have buffalo wings too), steak wrapped asparagus, grilled cheese and onion rings.  I loved everything but the lemon chicken...it was way too salty for me.  Personally I would have order the buffalo style wings but one of our friends doesn't like the sauce.

Service was really good and prices are great.
