Me and a couple friends who flew in from Virginia went here Saturday night around 1130. We were staying at the Four Points hotel behind it. We went into the bar at the hotel and it was dead so we decided to go for a walk and find somewhere else.
When we walked in we noticed a please wait to be seated sign so we waited for a couple minutes and no one came over so we just went to the bar. Before we even sat down the bartender looks at us and just says "IDs?" So we finish sitting down and get our IDs out and hand them to him. One of my friends accidentally dropped his ID and it kind of slid on the slick bar top.The bartender looked at our IDs and handed them back and when he went to hand my friends back he said Can I throw it back at you? Strike 1.
The bartender hands us a menu and before we have even looked at it he ask what do you want. Already a little frustrated I told him a minute to decided and he huffed and walked away. Finally after waiting about five minutes to order (the place wasn't busy at all, the bartenders were kind of just standing in the back talking) a different bartender came up and asked if we needed our bartender and we told him yes so he told our bartender. He didn't hurry over or anything he hung in the back for a little bit longer talking to a cook that have come out. He was talking in Spanish and kept looking over at us. It made us uncomfortable and a little more frustrated. Strike 2.
Finally I called another bartender and asked to talk to a manager. He said he was the manager and asked how he could help him and as we were talking (just telling him how our bartender had a bad attitude and wasn't helpful and had lost three potential customers) some other people came in and sat next to us and the manager just looked at me and said Oh and then walked to the new people. Strike 3.
