This place was ok! The drinks were weak and poured wrong. I had to send my drink (rum and coke) back twice before the bartender got it right! Who messes up a rum and coke--go figure. The manager came over and gave me a complimentary corona for my trouble, which was awesome, but the waitress forgot my friends corona. The waitress took my corona gave it to my friend and said she'd be back to replace mine......... she never came back.....
Getting in was a different obstacle in itself. Â I came with a group of friends for their Taco Tuesday. We we're right on time 5:30 doors open. As I walked up security made me change my shoes (I had on fancy sandals with an around the ankle closure) I said fine and walked back to my car to find some heels. Another friend had on a maxi dress which I guess is against dress code too. We had to coax him for about 5 mins to let in. ( We told him she was from Texas, which she was, and he made her show proof. Two types of id showing she was from another state.) Â It was such a waste of time.
Once inside The place was empty which was to be expected so early. I grab my tacos and my drinks. Here is where things start to piss me off.....
As ppl began to arrive left and right, I see sandals, flip flops, ----- and I mean like old navy flip flops (you know the ones for $2.50). Maxi dresses, tacky cut- off jeans....... REALLY .... I MEAN REALLY ........AND SECURITY PUT US THROUGH ALL THAT. Â I WAS HIGHLY OFFENDED!
I went to complain to the manager, (of course she was tired of hearing from me) she was nice and apologized for the inconvenience. But even though she was nice she pretty much blew me off as over exaggerating.
******I can say that the music was good, the tacos were awesome, and I did end up getting a number that night!
