Had a great dinner there a few nights ago with my wife. It's defiantly the best new option for seafood in the area. Our server Rachel was great, she recommended we try one of their sangria's and we loved it. The restaurant has a fun urban feel that is a lot different than what you'd expect if you've ever visited one of the more traditional Legals around town. One of the managers saw us joking around and having fun and he thanked us for coming in and checking the restaurant out. We are looking forward to going back soon.
Review Source:A hip and trendy place in Hingham, well whoohoo. Â First you don't go to C Bar for the food, you go to be seen. Â Slick, tapestry walls, dim lighting make it appear to be more club than restaurant. Â
But onto the food.  Littlenecks, very good, fresh, no grit, good start.  Wedge Salad and Chowder, pretty good.  The little ice cream bon bons, ok, need to use better ice cream and then they would be killer. But let's get to why two stars,  Service,  First, when the place is  noticably not full, don't leave people waiting 10 minutes for a drink.  Once the busboy has cleared the table, don't wait 20 minutes to bring the check.  Staff, largely in-attentive and not concentrating on details.  Could see people at the bar waiting for one of the bartenders to stop playing with her phone so they could get drinks.  Will give it one more try, but if it the same it's off the list.
Been multiple times, love this place. Â Service always on point. I love the naked cowboy and merries for oysters. The baked stuffed out of shell lobster is so decadent and delish. Â I've also tried a tasty swordfish here. Â The Thai calamari is outstanding and a must try. Â I usually request a low top table for comfort. Â The wine list is extensive. This spot is just what the south shore needed,
