Lendy's Cafe

Awesome wings, great laid-back environment, and pretty incredibly cheap specials. Worth going here often! Literally the best wings I have ever had IN MY LIFE. All you should order are 12 suicide wings, a basket of fries, and PBR tall boys. Don't mess with perfection! Tons of sweet fighter jet memorabilia on the walls and a decent number of TVs come in handy during NFL season when the bar gets packed for games. This place is one of the three places I miss about living in Hampton Roads and the wings have yet to be matched by ANYONE ELSE.

Nice local watering hole with a great history and popular with local military.  Food is bad, except the wings.  It is fair priced and all the employees are friendly.  A good place to watch football.  Ate a crab cake there one time and it was cold, most everything ordered at my table was too greasy and presentation sloppy.  Can a business survive on just beer, wings and local patronage? My bet is that we shall find out.

I have lived all over the world, but have never had better wings and wing sauce then from Lendy's.  Bob and Edie sponsored our softball team and we celebrated wins at the cafe.  I live in Los Angeles now and still order their sauce for the wings I make at home.  Best anywhere!   No better anywhere!!!!
