Excellent subs! I have eaten here several times. The Deluxe Club is great as well as the Philly Cheesesteak.  Meat is sliced to order and hot sandwiches are cooked to order.  I agree this is no Subway, thank goodness.

Pretty great subs. They taste nothing like subway, much more deli style in nature. Very fresh and they have more interesting ingredients than most sub places.

Lenny's. I never really think of Lenny's. Lenny seems a bit bland, and really, the food doesn't have me crawling back. "More food, more taste, more personality" is Lenny's motto.

Honestly, I can't say they offer *more food than any other similar place. It's a regular sized sub- and it's not exactly bulging with ingredients.
The meat is freshly sliced, and that's nice. I like fresh. The next step is a bit confusing. They give you a ticket to take a few feet to the counter. But then they ask you what you want on your sandwich, so you have to go back to that area (I'm a bit short, and I can't see what they have anyway) to get your toppings put on.

My Italian sub was pretty tasty. I think the flavor was in the sauce. I noticed they do make their own chips. I didn't get any chips, though. I've been here a few times, and I can't recall what sandwiches I tried, let alone what I thought about them, so I can't say much about the taste experience being all that memorable.

More personality? The two guys behind the counter were pretty quiet, reserved and mumbled. The actual product personality? Nothing I've never seen before. Jimmy Johns makes their own chips and tastes incredibly fresh- And they're faster. But it's easy to get used to that same JJ Taste. Penn Station has the slabs of meat and cheese at the counter, too.

They do also have one of those lemonade fountains, too. I can't say it's as good as Penn Stations, but it's pretty tasty.

Really, Lenny's was alright- Pretty alright. A-Ok, I'd say. I just don't think it's anything new or special. If you're looking for a good ole fresh sandwich, this is your joint.
