Lolli's Broiler & Pub

the cooks pretty good. staff is friendly. and if you grew up in federal way its a high school reunion everytime you walk in. they got rid of karaoke which sucks tho.

I used to live across the street from this place.  Having somewhere to drink within walking distance was convenient, but Lolli's got old fast.  The drinks aren't necessarily weak, but they're never stiff either.  The food is decent (I liked their french dip).  The pool tables get claimed fast, and the regulars take their pool pretty seriously.  It feels like everyone there is trying to escape something (not uncommon for a bar, and I wouldn't necessarily exclude myself from that statement either).  There are a lot of regulars, several of whom are obviously alcoholics.  I didn't grow up in Federal Way, but it did seem like everyone my age was a local who'd never left.  I've had my share of good times at Lolli's, but the vibe is just a little... bittersweet, I think.

Love this local dive bar. Karaoke is great and the KJ's are wonderful! Fantastic bartenders and just a fun place to be.
