  Smoking is outside so that is definitely NOT a problem.
  Good cheap beer and good selection. The staff has always been friendly the few times I have been there

  I live in Austin and stop by here when I know the traffic is bad. Nice crowd. Lots of HD tv;s and Good staff. Nice selection of draft beer and a hell of a lot better prices than Austin. I don' smoke but have never been bothered by it here.

  This sportz bar offers patrons a variety of beers at a cheap price and enough billiards to keep the wait lines short.  On Sunday and Tuesday nights there's karaoke but the friendly regulars are there throughout the week.  After midnight, the new braunfels crowd starts flowing in so that's when the most people are there.  there are plenty of TVs to cover all the major games and they are open most holidays.  i heard from others there are frequently fights and girls flashing the bar but this is just hearsay.  
  
  If you go to longshotz, be aware you will smell like cigarettes the next day.  And you might just run into everyone in town having a good time.
