Great cheesesteak/hogies/subs. Definitely a local place, with a blue collar/redneck clientle. If you're not comfortable around that type, lots of places downtown with ferns and yuppies. I usually hit there for lunch, sevice is good. Only been a couple of times at night, and it gets a little rowdy. Smoking is allowed inside, so don't be surprised. Overall, great hole in the wall local hangout
Review Source:We read about real Philly  cheese steak sandwiches being served here. While the atmosphere is not upscale the place was very clean. We came in the wrong door and he let us cross behind the scenes. Kitchen, floor and storage area all we very clean.
Drawback is smoking is still allowed.
We each ordered a Philly: B the original and I ordered the Italian. Both were good, the original was almost as good as Philly. I am a cheese whiz girl myself but the provolone is good.
$5 = 6 inch, $9 = 12 inch  Sides are extra ff @$2 and $3 for onion rings (good rings, crumb not batter and large rings)
There are specials every night with Thurs offering the original Philly  with ff for $5. Lots of $0.25 wing nights but we did not try them
Burgers ($5 - $8), sandwiches ($5) and normal bar appz  ($5) round out the menu.
Service was good, friendly but not overly.
We were pleasantly surprised but is a clean, decent Bar n Grill with very reasonable prices for Pensacola.
