Maria's Mexica

I Always look forward to going to Maria's. It feels so cozy & homey inside. Everything I have tried here has been really good! The waitresses are always sweet & on top of everything. Love their chips & salsa. And the margaritas are excellent!!! Yum!

We have never been disappointed when we go to Maria's.  Great food, friendly efficient service, the whole deal.

The Lake Almanor area has very few excellent places to eat, simply because there aren't a lot of folks there, especially in the off season.  Maria's is one of the great places, check it out!

Extremely fast, good for children - tables aren't too close together, loud enough to drown out any child-like outbursts, but not too loud.  The food was basic as others have said, but I thought it tasted good.  I like that they bring bean dip for the chips, but then it seemed like the refried beans on my plate were also bean dip (a little runny for my taste).  I had tacos and enchilada and both were tasty and hot and only $10.95 for all of it!  

I think its a good spot to take a larger group of people or a group with children and feel totally comfortable, get fast service and feel satisfied after eating!

I didn't have one, but the margaritas looked fantastic.  I would definitely try one in the future.
