Is it bad that I usually go just for the tea? I love their Arnold Palmers.

Other than having to flag down a waiter to get refills on our iced tea, this was a good experience.  Tried the vegetarian baked potato and I was not disappointed.  Light and fluffy with just the right amount of veggies on it.  I am not a big fan of the salsa that came on the side as it was a bit too thick and chunky for my taste.

I've been to this location 2 times in the past two days. I'm in night classes at a near by university and this is a fantastic place to stop in, get a bite to eat and study before class.

The manager stopped by my table, refilled my drink, and chatted with me about my studies, but didn't overstay his welcome.

The food is always fabulous, the staff friendly, and THE TEA is to die for. I probably had about a gallon of unsweet tea before I left.

The menu can be a little overwhelming, but I never feel rushed to order and when I needed a suggestion, the cashier was very knowledgeable and helpful!

Overall, I've never had a poor experience at any McAlister's. But I've had a very pleasant experience at this location and would suggest it to anyone!

I find the huge menu board to be somewhat overwhelming and inimidating, especially since people are in line behind you and the staff is staring at you waiting for you to hurry up and make up your mind.  My order taker seemed to be wishing she was somewhere else.  My salad was huge and very enjoyable.  My husband got the gigantic baked potato and loved it.  The iced tea was really good.  Both times I've been to this particular restaurant, two management people came around to check on us. Pricing seems to be average for other deli type restaurants.

Navigating this place was kind a pain. Read this HUGE board from one spot where you peripheral gets a bit wonky. Then you're asked to step to one side. Then you're asked to come to X register. Excuse me!

Order placed, we sat down and waited for our food with our huge iced teas. I do really enjoy the unsweetened iced tea with lemon. I had the orange cranberry club (something like this) with a side, and it was over $10. It hought this was way over priced.

The tables were a bit close together. I couldn't really scoot back, and I was pretty close to the table. As my friend and I carried on conversation, I couldn't help but notice this woman just starting at people around me. It was odd. The foulthside.

Besides the high prices and the inconvenient ordering process, the employees were polite, especially the manager who maybe smiled a bit too much, and the food was good.

The food was good, fresh, lots of options.  Very busy at lunch and the process for seating seems a little weird the first time you visit, with staff approaching you as you stand in line waiting to order, and they locate a table while you wait.  I guess what is weird about it is that you don't know if there will be a place to sit or not (and should you perhaps order takeaway instead?), but we did get a table both times we visited.  And the over-engineered process seems to keep a lot of people employed, so that's good!

I used to love this deli, if it can even be considered a deli, but they have been so weak my last four trips.  The sandwiches are seriously lacking in filling and flavor.  I'm not really sure what is going on.  Get the wraps or salads if youre hungry, those sandwiches will leave you starved.

Very polite staff, (not being nice for tips), fresh food, and prompt service.  Just picked up the Tortilla soup & a Little Nasty sandwich.  The "comeback" gravy definitely has you wanting more than you get even when you request extra (it must be made with some addictive drug).  My mouth is watering just thinking about the food again & now i might need to have it again tonight.

    TEATEATEATEATEATEA

Perfect for a light meal and a bit of free wi-fi w/ no time limit.  Similar to Panera in concept (minus the bakery), but the portions are certainly bigger, and I feel that the prices are comparable to lower.

They do the ever popular chain restaurant "You Pick Two" and the size of what you get is quite nice for the $6ish dollar price range.  There's also no price increase for picking a "special" sandwich or salad with the deal, resulting in quite a bit to mix and match.

I also like the emphasis on tea vs soda.  Even though I'm sure soda's readily available, people love the tea and it's easy to see why...giant cups and fresh brewed!

They bring your food to the table (and bus) and there are many healthy options w/ veggie choices clearly marked.  Veggies were fresh and the non-fat Chipotle salad dressing is deliish.

While I'm a fan, I'm not overly impressed.  Plenty of space both inside and out and quicker than normal service are a definite plus to dining here.  What concerns me is their menu.. I find it a little confusing and one hardly has enough time to take it all in before the are sheparded to the front of the line.  Maybe it's just me...
Food is adequately proportioned.  Sandwiches are freshly made and tasty.  Salads, good as well.  Kids love their mac and cheese.
Not a huge fan of their Iced Tea.. which apparently is a huge draw.  I prefer the "sugar coma" tea from McD's. Prices are reasonable.

3.5 stars. Came here for lunch one day and ordered the basil chicken panini with mashed potato and gravy with the sweet tea for my beverage. This place totally reminds me of a corner bakery in Southern California, similar arrangements and food display. The prices are okay and portion sizes are decent. When I heard they had sweet tea I had to try it, it was pretty good and the cup sizes are huge! Not a bad place to eat lunch imo.

I don't know what it is about this place. It must be the delicious tea crossed with the baked potato and club sandwich aromas that knocks me out every time! I love a great deal and McAlister's caters to my kind. SO MUCH FOOD FOR THE PRICE! Giant Baked Potatoes. Giant Sides. Giant DELICIOUS Sandwiches. It's a must stop.

I was brought to McAllister's Deli for lunch for the first time yesterday.  It's not like deli's I've been to in California, Boston or New York.  When you walk in, it has more of a cross between a fast food and a sit down restaurant.

You go up to the counter to order and the staff will bring your order to your table.  I ordered the Pepper Jack Turkey Panini sstyle adnwich with a side of applesauce and a Coke.  My oh my, they didn't tell me how huge the regular size was - it's a large/x-large in my book!  The sandwich was crusty and warm with just enough cheese so as not to overwhelm the turkey.  As for the applesauce, I expected it to come in a small bowl; I got a small snack cup of Mott's applesauce and a spoon.

The staff is very attentive, checking on tables for refills or anything else you might need after dropping off a lunch order at another table.  The food is good and the steady stream of customers waiting in line testify to that.

I had lunch there for the first time today.  They serve sandwiches and dinners.  With the sandwiches you get two sides.  I had the Reuben and a cup of Country Vegatable Soup and a glass of iced tea (delicous).  It was delicious.  I'm soing again.  The staff is very friendly, waiters really pay attention to the patrons, going around and asking if your enjoying your meal and if there is anything else they can get you..  I recommend it.

"Made-to-Order Sandwiches, Crisp Salads, and Hand-Crafted Spuds."

McAlister's encourages 'choosiness.' "Whatever you like, however you like it. Just ask. Always fresh and always your choice."

These are just a couple motto's you will find at McAlisters. This new store has an expanded dinner menu, that since my last  visit over a year ago to their Carmel locale, did not have. Featuring Meatloaf, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Pot Roast Spud, and Salmon.

The sandwiches are always delicious and fresh. My stand by is the Memphian with roast beef, ham, turkey, tomato, lettuce, lite mayo and spicy mustard on whole wheat. This includes a side choice of chips, potato salad, fruit cup, cole slaw, and Mac & Cheese, Mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies.

They also serve an extensive selection of soups, various styles of baked spuds, and multiple salads choices.  The cashiers are always friendly and the location, including the bathroom was very clean.
