McCord Candies

McCord Candies is one of the finest places in the city to get any type of guilty pleasure.  The selection of chocolates is quite adequate and they also have a fine selection of fruit candies as well.

Other than just candy, they also have a dine-in menu for lunch only.  The food is tasty and the drink selections are phenomenal.  My personal favorite drink there is a Green River which is quite refreshing.

The atmosphere is very casual and relaxing.  If you want to go somewhere for lunch and can't decide, stop at McCord Candies!

Very tasty vegetable soup... The grilled sandwiches are very good too. Their lemonade will put a smile in your face. Good price and very wide menu selection.

I like the way they make their sodas, but I wouldn't eat their food, or candy. It's clear the walls are never cleaned, they have thick dust on them. Every time I've been in, their lunch prep area has been very dirty.
Overall, it's a great idea, just not well executed.
