Not great, not awful. Â I didn't try the beer but the food was decent. Â I would have liked to have had the root beer but I heard the waiter tell another table they didn't have root beer. Â Bummer. Â I had the Greek pita which was large and flavorful. Â However, the menu indicates that the pita has tofu and there was no tofu to be found on the old girl! Â I was a little disappointed as I had not eaten all day and the extra bit of protein would have been satisfying. Â I enjoyed the thick and crispy chips that came with 'My Big Fat Greek Pita,' they were nicely salted and I had a fair amount of them on my plate. Â My sister liked her cobb salad, especially since it came with a boatload of avocado. Â The restaurant itself is spacious but nothing stands out as being specifically unique about it. Â I really liked that the meus are laid out like a newspaper. Â Very cool. Â Service was standard, not overly friendly but there when you needed something. Â I would come back to try the beer sometime and hopefully the root beer, too!
Review Source:Stopped in here with my family on the trek back from Florida. Â I wanted to eat something on the lighter side, so I went with the cobb salad. Â I'm a huge fan of cobb salads, and I was not disappointed. Â That said, a salad isn't anything special and I wouldn't judge a restaurant based on that alone. Â There were several other things on the menu that I wanted to try, and I did sample some of my family's choices, and they were all quite good.
I got the oatmeal stout (which I guess doesn't match the "lighter" salad but whatever) and it was fantastic. Â Most of the other beers seemed pretty hoppy, which I'm not a fan of, but I was content with the stout so no problems for me.
Service was fine. Â Nothing to complain about, though nothing particularly outstanding. Â The waiter did seem fairly knowledgeable about the food and beer, which is definitely nice.
It's unlikely that I'll be in the area again anytime soon, but if I am, I'd be torn between coming back here because I know it's good, and trying a new place for the adventure.
