Triple XXX Restaurant

Great diner atmosphere. Love the Drew Brees special.

I wouldn't say Triple XXX provides the greatest food choices, but if you are looking to experience a piece of history, this is where it is at. Sloppy burgers and greasy fries topped off with a milk shake, makes for a tasty drunk snack.

Some random things about this place.
1. XXX is the name of the famous root beer at the place and not some hipster naming irony
2. You pull up and think you are parking at a Sonic
3. The place is cash only, but there is an ATM inside. The ATM is slow, so just bring a $20
4. This "restaurant" is a few counters in a convenient store. Embrace the Dive.
5 Get the apple pie.  It's not as exotic as the famous burger from the food network  called "The Purvis" that has peanut butter on it., but it's really good.

Sidenote: Easily this place has some of the best french fries I've ever had. I don't bestow that honor lightly. I eat more fries than anyone I know, and whether mediocre, awesome, or awful I'm shoving them into my mouth like we are experiencing a potato shortage of epic proportions. I'm just saying...
