McDonald's

I went through the drive-thru.  They got my order wrong, made me wait over 10 minutes to get the order corrected.  I asked for free fries for a concession for my dis-satisfaction.  I asked to speak to the manager and she was very rude.  Her name was Darlene or something to that nature.  She told me to call the 1-800 number if I have an issue with service.  The 1-800 number documented my concern.

Terrible service at times. Took 6 minutes to get a cup of coffee from drive thru, even though there was no line and it was 5:00AM.

Its McDonalds, ok its the Gospel McDonalds. But either way in 5 years of going to this place they have almost always taken forever to get an order out. They've been better recently, but they still have a way to go to be a great micky D's.
