DON'T EAT HERE!!!!!!!
one of the WORST mcdonalds EVER!!!!!
I WILL NeVeR go BACK! Â Â screwed up the order. Â food was cold & disgusting! Â
even for a mcdonalds this was a JOKE!!!!!!
.........a cruel JOKE played on my mouth and stomach!
i want my money back with damages for physical & emotional Pain & Suffering!!!!!
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!
only gave 1 star because ZERO isnt an option!
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! First off, I'm writing a review on a McDonalds, where globally the expectations bar is already set absurdly low. This one doesn't even begin to approach those low standards. Here's a list:
1. Waited in line 30 minutes. Tuesday AM, non-holiday. 6 customers in front of us, 1 of whom got out of line before we ordered.
2. 1 register open; 15 employees working. 2 managers visible to me.
3. Waited 30 minutes for our order, inquiring twice on the status.
4. Never received food (how is this possible???), asked for a refund.
5. Manager took his time, disagreed with us about our experience (?) and eventually refunded us $3 more than what we paid (?)
6. Trash everywhere
7. Not one napkin outside of the counter.
WOW.
w o w.... they screwed up my order 3 times! Â
i went to pick up my order and i was missing two items, a new seasonal pumpkin pie and a large water (that i had to pay for...). Â the guy at the register was actually very nice and had someone pull my orders, just sadly the people in the back pulling my orders found it too challenging to get me pumpkin pie AND water... Â so instead i got a smore pie... i had to exchange my pie to a confused guy at the register bc s'more pies aren't even on the menu... Â which made me question.."how old is my freaking pie?!" Â after the fellow corrected the mistake, i sat down to eat my pie and to wash it down with water...which turned out to be sprite with no ice. Â so for the third time, i had to go up and have them correct my order. Â
so i know i sound like a total fatty demanding my correct pie, but that is just a thing i like to do...i like to try McD's seasonal pie..
For this being as busy a stop as it is, I am highly disappointed. Severely understaffed. Awkward waiting area. NO paper products in the bathroom, and two of the four bathroom stalls closed/out of order. Workers polite though, and food was really good. The stars are for the food and employees. Management needs to step it up as far as service/bathrooms and staffing.
Review Source:This place is horrible. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it negative stars I would. Management in this restaurant won't open all of the dining area for people to use. Being that Primm, Nevada is a small but extremely busy stop I would've expected them to be a bit more welcoming. Not here. The place was packed and there was not enough tables located close together for my family of five to sit together at. Â Just a bunch of two seat tables spread apart. I asked the manager if they could open the other half of the dining area and I was told they wouldn't. Interestingly enough they also bag ALL orders. That's there policy. Even if you specifically ask to dine there they will still bag you order. As for the restaurant itself. It gets so busy in the half dining area that they keep open that it always gets dirty. They had one poor staff member trying to clean the area. But it was a lost cause. Expect the place to be dirty, stinky, and hot. As for the food, it's normal McDonald's food.
Review Source:If I could give this place no star I would. The McDonald's located inside of Whiskey Pete's is the WORST I have seen ANYWHERE!
Big spender that I am and after playing penny slots for several hours, I decided to grab a quick bite before returning to my dream slot machine which was ready to pay me big (do they ever?).
First two things I notice, how freakin dirty the tables and floors are including all waste baskets overflowing with trash. Second item was how many people were standing waiting for food pick up (13). Why I did not leave at this point is beyond me?
A young guy takes my food order. No issues up to this point. As I am handing the cashier my cash, I make a simple request, "No salt on my fries please". The cashier states "You should have told me that while I was entering your order" WHAT? Dude, you have not even taken my money. We are still in the middle of our transaction. At what point should I have made my request, when you said "can I take your order". With a whole bunch of attitude, he turns to a second young man and states 'no salt on this order". The second guy replies "are you F.....G kidding me?" Â The things that stress people out, ha?
I wait ten minutes for my food and open my bad to inspect my food. Just as I thought, my fries were LOADED with salt. Â A lil would have been accepatble but are you freakin kidding me? You would have thought they used an entire salt container to season only my order.
I stated to the guy "I am sorry but I requested no salt". The guy (second young from above) states "you should have said something when you ordered". I reply with he and the original cashier looking right at me "I DID! Somehow between this guy (pointing to original cashier) and him telling you NO SALT, you guys forgot".
This guy grabs my fries and simply tosses them back in the fryer. After two mins or so, the bell rings and I watch a third employee grab my now burnt fries, tosses them in with all the other fries, grabs the salt shaker and FLOODS all the fries with soooo much salt it is unreal! (Boy, was she quick in removing fries from fryer and adding salt). I advise the second guy in this mess that the girl just removed my fries and added tons of salt. He advises that he told her not to add salt, goes over to her and in front of everyone states "Those were my fries. This guy wanted no salt and you grabbed my fries". An argument about salt and fries? I watch as he grabs fresh fries and tosses them in the fryer.
While waiting, I request my beverage cup. I am advised that It was already given to me. I reply that I have not received it. I am advised, "Yes, we gave them to you". I reply again,"No. You have not given me my cups". Once again, with MUCH attitude, I am handed my cups.
I quickly notice that 4-5 waiting customers who were waiting when I initially arrived, are now complaining that they have been waiting over 15 minutes for coffee only. The manager, who is aboviosly having a VERY bad day, seemed to care less about what was going on around him. 30 minutes from the time I arrived. Â
I FINALLY received my entire order and of course, no where to sit and people are simply sitting usinh their computers, reading the paper etc... with no evidence of food.
Oh well, too much to ask for a free table so I decide to eat while I walk.
I worky way back to my million dollar slot machine and I see some dude playing my machine.
Time to leave Whiskey Pete's. So much for leaving a millionaire.
We stopped into this McDonalds on our way to Vegas. It's was an absolutely horrible experience. The line was 20 people deep & there was only 1 register open. It took 10 minutes before we could place our order. I ordered 2 apple pies & my husband ordered the Chicken wrap. I wasn't told at the time I placed the order but was told when we picked it up that it would take an additional 12 minutes for the Apple pies. I got a dipped cone instead. I also asked for unsweetened tea from behind the counter since there was none at the drink counter. We got to our car & discovered that my husband received an Angus Burger instead of a chicken wrap. Rather than go back into the restaurant that we referred to as a "Zoo," he ate the burger instead. After leaving I prepared my tea with my Splenda and took a drink of the most horrible tasting tea I've ever had. It was truly disgusting! Â This visit was a major fail in ALL AREAS!! I haven't been inside a McDonalds in years. This visit reminded me of the reason.
Review Source:Pretty standard McDonald's. I will sometimes stop here on my way to LA from Vegas. The only thing noteworthy about this location is that because of it's location and the amount of traffic they get this McDonald's often gets a lot of test foods that other markets don't typically get. On this occasion I noted that they offered chocolate dipped cones and some other dessert options I haven't seen at other locations.
Review Source:The service here was absolutely horrible. Â We got there at 10pm and because it's the first group of casinos over the NV state line from CA, I expected there to be some people. Â Overall, there weren't too many people there - but they only had one cashier, and I'm guessing it was her first week working because she didn't know how to do anything. Â Right as we got to the counter, she walked away for 3 or 4 minutes without saying anything - she just disappeared. Â The manager was working the drive thru, and couldn't be bothered to help even after she was called over to the counter, nor did she speak to any of us in line. Â Once the girl finally came back to get our orders, she had a hard time customizing the orders - we wanted one of the burgers without mayo. Â The only good thing was that the food came fairly quickly, and was standard McDonald's fare. Â
The bathroom was in terrible shape. Â Two of the stalls didn't have toilet paper, and there wasn't any soap - not to mention the used paper all over the floor, and water standing on the counter tops and the floor.
The drink station was also a mess. Â There were napkins, lids and straw wrappers not only all over the counter, but on the floor around the station as well. Â It didn't look like they had anyone cleaning at all.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE! Disgusting, horrid, and NASTY! All I had was a fruit parfait/yogurt and it did not taste right at all!! I hate Mcdonald's and I HATE FAST FOOD! BARF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am never going to let anyone talk me into getting fast food ever again!
Review Source:I knew I should have stayed away looking at the sorry state of the drive through line. When finally gotten to the casher she tried to apologize and blame the lack of personal who knew how to run the french fry station.
Isn't that the bottom rung of stations at McD? This should be one of the best locations for a McDthere's no reason it can't be staffed properly. Good thing we only ordered some chicken and iced coffee.
Lesson learned, keep driving or head into the food court at the outlet.
Freaking unbelievable! Â That's how to best describe this McDonald's. Â Whoever owns this chain restaurant cares nothing for good service....I know it's only a McDonald's, but come on...seriously?
The hubby decided to drive over to this location to get some iced coffee for the drive home. Â Now why he wanted McDonald's over Starbucks which was in the same lot, is beyond me. Â He left me and our little tot in the car while he went inside. Â He was gone for literally over 20 minutes. Â He was gone so long that the convoy we were with, including myself, thought he was sitting on the toilet pooping his brains out. Â
My brother decided to take a potty break, and went to look for hubby in the bathroom. Â Well, whaddaya know? Â Hubby was sitting in the dining area just waiting for his coffee. Â Nobody had made any for hubby's order. Â My brother was so pissed he practically ripped them all a new one. Â All those people, just standing there waiting for their coffee beverages!
So....lesson learned. Â NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.
I don't know about this McDonald's located inside Whiskey Pete's CASINO? Yah! Â What's up with the menu? Â There's no wine nor beer listed on the menu like the McDonald's in Spain? Â What's up with THAT-isn't this NEVADA where anything goes? Â
Hey~There's really no place to sit down to eat your meal because there aren't more chairs available? Â Yah! Â What's up with this Casino McDonald's, eh? Â Ewww~I smell cigarette smoke wafting this way! Â YUK!
Meh~I'm eating next door at Mega Cafe for breakfast!
This is the first time I'm reviewing a fast food establishment and not because I'm extremely impressed but instead, this is by far the worst establishment I have the misfortune in witnessing.
We stopped by here for a quick stretch, perhaps grab a snack and use the restroom on our way to Las Vegas... Damn but this place is worst than dirty. Filthy! Disgusting! Â First off, Â the outside trashcan was overflowing, that should have been an indicator that the inside was going to be worst but I was not really thinking much of it at that moment until I walked inside. Â
- Floors were wet, sticky and dirty.
- The tables were disarray and clutter.
- There's 1 line with more than 10 people waiting and only 1 register open.
- The restroom was GROSS. Â That's actually an understatement!
- No toilet paper, No paper towels, no warm or hot water, NO SOAP in the restroom.
- Restroom floor was covered in a mixture of water, urine, feces, soiled toilet papers and/or soiled paper napkins (apparently people used paper napkins since toiler paper was not provided or ran out).
- The smell? Â Indescribable!
I thought for a minute I was in a third world country. Â Philippines public restroom was actually cleaner than this one. Â This McDonalds restroom was comparable to China's public toilet. Â And for those who have been to China and have experience what I'm talking about, it's just so unexpected and so unbelievable to experience here in USA. Â What bothers me is the fact that this restroom is INSIDE a restaurant. Â And it's McDonalds, no less! Â You can smell the offensive stench emitting from the restroom to the restaurant. Â It is beyond me to see some people actually lining up to order food, esp. after they have used or seen the restroom. Â I on the otherhand left this establishment after flagging a McD employee. Â I informed him of the disgusting state of their restroom. Â His response? Â "I just got here 5 minutes ago". Â What does that mean? Â Is he going to clean it up? Â I have no clue nor do I care to know at that point. Â I left the restaurant without further ado.
Had I have my cellphone with me, I would have taken pictures and sent it to McDonald's headquarters or the health department. Â But alas, I left my cellphone in the car. Â And once I was out of there, I did not have the inclination to go back, not even for pictures.
Needless to say, we drove just around the corner to Carls Jr. Â As soon as I walked in Carls Jr., I felt like I'm back in USA. Â Carls Jr. was so much cleaner. Â There's staff everywhere. Â Though the line to order was long as well, it moved fairly quick because there was 3 registers open. Â Most importantly, the restroom was not only clean but appropriately stocked. Â
McDonald's, I'm definitely NOT lovin' it!
this place is a hit and miss for service. The first time I been there it was nice and clean and the service was really good! but then the second time i go, the service was really horrible and the people really dont give a shit (excuse my language) about the orders or the customers! but its off the freeway so meh.
Review Source:Ok there are some really nice McDonalds out there, then there are just some I NEED SOME LOVE AND ATTENTION McDonalds, help me. Â In this case, this was the I NEED REAL BAD attention. I'm giving it a 2 star only because it does need a bit cleaning up, yet the food is always a great start to a road trip. I love my pancakes!! YUM.
Review Source:Dude...your drive-through lines are so inefficient! Â It gets so confusing because it allows cars from both sides to enter so some dude cut-in front of us even though we were already waiting there so long!! Â Boo to the dude who cut in line!!
Hubby got the iced coffee to go since he needed something to drive the long way home. Â OMG, I would suggest staying away from Primm area. Â Super crowded on a Sunday night that just added an extra hour to our drive home. Â Awful awful traffic. Â Hubby said the iced coffee was really watered down.
I tried the frozen strawberry lemonade. Â Really sour and not sweet at all. Â Really watered down and icy, too.
Stay away! Â Read what all the other yelpers are saying about this place. Â I have had "2" bad experiences here and I will NEVER be back as long as I live. Â I would rather starve then go back here.
A very dirty and smelly place! Â Terrible customer service! Â On both visits, the beverage station had problems with the syrup and water ratio. Â On our second visit, the drive-thru beverage station was broken, so we had to take our cups inside to get them filled, only to have them not taste right...at which I asked for the manager so I could get a full refund, at which there was another person asking for the manager and there were "2" other customers missing items in their order, while I was waiting for the manager.
The employees looked lost and scattered. Â A lot of drifters come to this restaurant and set up their laptops and have their cords running all around everywhere. Â You have to be careful where you step.
Lastly, they have an overflow room that is the same size as their main dining room, which has lots more seating, but they never open it, even though all the tables are over crowded and dirty.
Looong line!! no ice!! and rude staff!!
It's ok for fast food, but it's not fast. I would strongly suggest all registers have 2 people one taking the order and charging and another putting the order together.
The staff needs a refresh course on customer service! our order was wrong twice we kept missing items and every time I kept going back for items missing they blamed me!! The fries were half full, which is not the norm when going to McD's!
McDonalds is a McDonalds. It's funny how people rate it so low when people come here all the time and I'm sure YOUve been here more than once. I usually get a mcdouble and a mcchicken and put both together and make myself a mcgangbang. try it, it'll change your perspective on eating here!
Review Source:Top 5 things to learn from McDonald's Primm:
1. Despite having a computer screen to check your order, they will still ask to see your receipt to see what you ordered. It's called look up.
2. You: "Can I get a kid's meal with chicken mcnuggets"
Them: "Ok"
Bag contents: Cheesburger. So apparently a Mcnugget for them is a really big brown type of chicken patty.
3. Bags rip almost 90% of the time. Happened twice already.
4. Drinks typically do not come with straws even when asked.
5. You: "Can I get 6 apple pies"
Them: "Yes"
(moments later): Actually we don't have any pies at all. So why even say that you can provide 6? It's called look at the damn counter.
WORST MCDONALDS EVER.
It would normally have been a 3 star experience....but along came Aquila. Â She was so happy and peppy that morning I stopped by. Â I needed to stop for some human fuel on the way back to LA. Â She was sweet and made some small talk. Â She even threw in something extra in the bag for us. :)
Typical McD food. Â Nothing different from any others.
Almost @ the strip!!!
We had to stop to stretch for a bit,
get some coffee,
get my parfait,
use the restroom,
etc. etc.
Then Jenny told us about their.. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
      SPICY
    McCHICKEN
     SANDWICH
mhm.
I haven't seen any in CA.
She said they're only in NV or something..
It's in their Dollar Menu :]
Add cheese and tomato to it and it'll taste much better.
I didn't know about this option..
so I had it with lettuce only and the sandwich was sorta spicy
but it was still good. :]
Another yummy find thanks to Jenny J. :]
This McDonald's is pretty run-of-the-mill. Â The one plus here is that this is one of the last stops for food before a long stretch of nothing when returning to Los Angeles from Las Vegas. Â Because of that, this McDonald's was busy, but the line moved pretty fast.
I stopped for breakfast and had a Sausage McMuffin With Egg, sausage burrito, hash brown, and an orange juice. Â The Sausage McMuffin With Egg was good (though not good for you). Â The sausage burrito was okay. Â The spicy thin salsa they have was pretty good. Â The problem with the burrito was the undone egg in the center (or maybe it was just too much of the melted cheese sauce). Â This problem with their sausage burrito is common at most McDonald's locations.
The hash brown was hot and crisp, but it was bland. Â The orange juice was good though I preferred when they provided individual (foil sealed) orange juice cups (they still have that at some McDonald's locations in airports).
For convenience, this McDonald's is okay. Â It is a safer bet than nearby Mad Greek Cafe, which has a large menu (some misses there and some of the food can be just as greasy and bad for you as McDonald's).
Parking is free in the very large parking area. Â This McDonald's seems to be located near a shopping center (maybe an outlet mall).
Stopped by here during a recent road trip to So Cal. Â I was on my way and in a hurry so I didn't eat anything before I left my house. Â I knew it would be a very long trip if I didn't get something to eat....so I stopped by here before I hit that long stretch of desert between Stateline and Baker or Barstow.
I ordered 2 McDoubles ($1 ea), Large Fries ($1.99), and a Bottle of Water ($1.39).
The food was typical McDonald's. Â Burgers were plain, Fries were awesome. Â It filled me up for the 5 1/2 hour drive back to my old stomping grounds.
Will I return? Â Next road trip, there's a small chance I will.
