McShawn's Pub

This place really has a great "Cheers" feel to it.  It's laid-back and down to earth with clientele to match.  The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is inviting.  The beer is always ice cold and delicious....  (and they have Heineken on tap!)

The menu here is just as down to earth as everything else - it's full of great sandwiches without unnecessary frills.  Don't let the simplicity fool you though - its all quality stuff.  Truthfully though, i haven't explored the depths of their menu because there is absolutely no reason to stray from the Reuben! The other reviewers weren't lying: these Reubens seriously are the best ever!!  The corned beef is never fatty and gross - it just melts in your mouth!  Also - I rarely come here without getting a cheese plate - true to the theme of this place, it's perfection is in its simplicity.

Within the last year or so, they added an outdoor area in the back - When the weather is nice, its a perfect place to enjoy a cigar.

All in all, there is no better place in the area to grab a beer!

Kevin!  I FINALLY did it!  This place is filet-o-fishing great....Ok??? 5 Stars!  If they had more stars, I'd give them!!! By FAR, THE best corned beef sandwich eva!  "You are a stranger but once!"  A place where everyone sincerely "knows your name" once you walk through the doors!
