McSorley's Irish Pub and Salad Garden

I'm in love with this restaurant! First thing I am impressed by is the use of organic and Amish ingredients whenever possible. Second, the food is delicious and homemade quality. (I'm talking about homemade if someone is an awesome cook. lol) This is exactly what Macomb County, and particularly Mount Clemens, needed. I wish more restaurants would become more aware of the health and taste concerns of the population and bring us innovative, organic offerings like this. Everything I've had there, from soup to breads, and teas to entrees are honestly, just perfect. My husband and I are not only big foodies, we are skilled homecooks ourselves and appreciate what is going into the process there. I would be remiss in mentioning the fascinating and eclectic ambience of the place. You won't believe the decor, the artwork, the plates, the lighting and yes, even a waterfall garden. So cool, really.
