Ive always thought eating hotdogs outside of the home was a waste of money, but zacks hotdogs did impress me tastewise. Ive gone there once and gotten the chili & coleslaw dog and it was delicious but the price was outragous, for a hotdog! i bought the frozen cheesecake which they promised to be excellent but it was so solid i could not bite into it. I was refunded my money and thats the last time ill be in that place....
Review Source:I have to agree with Nancy. I think I hyped myself up too much about the thought of this place.
I got a turkey reuben dog. The turkey, cole slaw and dressing were all great, but I really just wasn't a fan of the type of hot dog they use. My friend got a corned beef reuben dog and it was the same kind, too much of a smoky taste for me. If you're into that taste though, you'll probably love it here.
The onion rings were awesome though, I'll give them that. And we received a TON of them. I just don't think the hot dogs were all they were hyped up to be. The fact that you could easily pick them up and eat them is convenient, yes, but you'd expect a novelty hot dog place to make them a little more packed to the point of requiring a fork.
