MidNite Sports Bar & Grill

They wont be around long unless they change many many things!!!!!! I can honestly say the best thing they had going on the FRIDAY night that I went was the band they brought down from Toppenish Wa.  At 8:30 we tried to order dinner, only to be told after placing our order that they were no longer serving dinner.WHAT??? Come on folks. So we ordered their mini tacos and salsa....UH, somebody get me a bucket. They were absolute failures. If I want Pace Picante Ill go to the store. As for the mini tacos, Im still trying to figure out what the "meat" was.
On to the drinks....well they could mess up my beer, thankfully. However my wifes drinks were failures. Mixed drinks are an art for some i guess but if thats not your strong suit GET OUT FROM BEHIND THE BAR!! Oh and not to mention they charge 25.00 cover charge for each person when they bring in a band. You do realize youre in Salem right?
Fortunately I dont have to go back and I most certainly would advise against you spending your money here

Had a very long day & my friend & i needed a drink. My 1st time here her 2nd.
Pros: very clean, fast drink service, friendly staff
Con: food took 45 min to come out & there was maybe 15 people.
PRO PRO: food was delicious. Friend had midnite nachos & it was piled high w/ toppings. I had philly cheese steak & fries & it was wonderful. We were there during happy hour so my beer & philly were only 8.99 cant beat that.. will definatly go back..

First, the two strikes: 1. They were out of two of the three Taco filling Meats touted in the menu. 2. The Chicken Wings were underdone and appeared to have been thawed and re-frozen. (Red bone syndrome)

Here are the hits: 1. The Tacos (Chicken) were very good and only $.50 ea. 2. My server was a real gentleman when I was candid about the Wings. He even offered to have another batch made up with his compliments and earnestly thanked me for my feedback. 3. My huge Soft Drink was replenished as soon as I drained that bad boy. 4. Had I had my customary dihydrogen monoxide beverage, my lunch would have come to $3.50 (B4 tip)

I'll be back to try the Carnitas and Carne Asada Tacos. If I do the Wings again, I'll specify "well done".
