Undoubtably the best coffee shop in northeast Lincoln (though if you're willing to drive a bit longer, there are a few better places downtown on P street). It's locally-owned, there are plenty of tables, they roast their own beans, there is free wifi, the sandwiches and espresso drinks are pretty good (see Matthew P's comments about drip coffee), and the staff is friendly. It's a great place to meet with old friends over holiday break, sit at the bar and sip a scotch, or to try to get some homework done (but write Yelp reviews instead). Drawbacks include somewhat restrictive hours, and sometimes painful musical acts on Friday and Saturday nights.
Review Source:I'm not a specialty coffee aficionado, so I have nothing to say about the high end options, but for a pleasant place to get a cup, talk or use the WiFi, it's a great choice. Â I wouldn't make it a lunch destination, but when I want to stay online writing, the food is good enough to stay put.
