We just had a great meal from Moe's. Â I keep forgetting they are there but when I get a meal, I always really enjoy it. Â They pulled pork is moist and their sides are great. Â I'm not a big coleslaw person but I really enjoyed how fresh and light and flavorful Moe's is. Â Chocolate peanut butter pie - loved it!
Review Source:I'm kind of a BBQ snob, so take this with a grain of salt (unless you're a bbq snob, too). Â
For the price, the food was not fantastic. Â The portions were small, and the sides were limited (really? Â no sweet potatoe ANYTHING??!!). Â I know, I know...this is Colorado....but that's no excuse. Â The place smelled amazing, and the chicken was good (just good). Â But I'm comparing this to Yazoo's or Smokin' Yards, and it just doesn't make the cut. Â Sorry....
Not very good. I don't know what that white stuff they put on the meat was, but I was shocked to see it. That's not BBQ to me. The only reason I ate it was because I was starving. Although not horrible, it was the worst BBQ I've ever had. I don't get why they throw coleslaw, pickles and that white sauce over BBQ. The service and the decor in this place are good, the food, not so much. Next time I eat BBQ, I will go somewhere more BBQ-ish like Famous Dave's, Brother's or Dickey's. People from Texas would laugh at this place.
