The Monkey Bar

Best bar in the city..Small, cold air, dark, filled with great patrons, quick staff and great food and drink.  We voted it our favorite hangout in Ptown

Amazing.  Get the lobster Rangoon and my boyfriend and I and lover. AMAZING!!!!

The Monkey Bar is my favorite place to get drinks in Provincetown. The music is too loud and the drinks are a little too expensive, but they're also totally delicious. The crowd here is generally cooler and friendlier than other spots in Ptown, especially on this side of town. It isn't teeming with Bieber-wannabe yolo douches in neon shirts and sunglasses indoors. It's not the place to go show off and pick up a stranger, it's the place to meet or make some friends and have a few decadent tropical drinks. The bartenders here are generally very nice, regardless of whether you're a handsome muscle man or just a lesbian.
