Crown & Anchor

Love the pool, poolside service and ocean access.

Decent food in the restaurant. Also stayed in the hotel above (too much street noise). I recommend the restaurant but not the accommodations.

We visited Crown and Anchor during our annual Thanksgiving trip to Provincetown. It's always fun to throw in a drag show! This time of year in Provincetown is really chill and relaxing. Stores are open but it's not super crowded and you can really relax and take your time. We saw the drag show "Illusions" here. It was OK. I've been to much better drag shows (better costumes, voices, songs). I expected them to use their own voices, but soon realized they were just lip-synching. Most of the performers were keen on getting tips and didn't really pay any attention to anyone else. I've heard the food at the restaurant is great, so I will definitely check that out next time. Overall, it's decent  entertainment during the down season.
