Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub

Bleh.. Sat at bar. Ordered margarita on special for 3.99. Too much sour and too little tequila. Our bartender forgot our cheese and crackers and when i reminded her she delivered right before our entree and then charges us a 1$ for it. Then she leaves without telling us who would be taking over our tab. Hello? Customer service 101!!!! I won't be back... Rather spend $ elsewhere.

Love this 99. Sevrice is always great! Love the popcorn when you sit. Food always good right and timing good!

Don't go here! My salad was ok, but my husband ordered a burger medium-well and he got it practically raw, just seared on the outside. He took a bite realized it wasn't cooked and sent it back asking for medium well. It came back blackened and burned, the same burger with the bite missing from it.... and it had hair inside of it. Gross. So he didn't eat it....luckily they did remove it from our bill and gave us a coupon for a free entree..but don't think we will go back....
