Talk about oodles of noodles! Â And you get your pick of American, Mediterranean, or Asian. Â Yup, it's AWESOME! Â Today I tried their Pasta Fresca. Â It's delicious. Â Stole a bite of my friend's order of Mac & Cheese. Â Also delicious. Â Seems you can't go wrong with their menu. Â And on a gorgeous day like today, you can head on out to the patio and enjoy your noodles in the sunshine. Â Score!

LOVE IT!!! I go here whenever I get the chance. I get the Japanese pan noodles with tofu and my kids get the Mac and Cheese. They swear it's the best you've ever tasted.

After wandering about for a while in the mall at Hamilton Town Center, we were ravenous and ready for a quick lunch. However, the last few days had been filled with pub fare and sandwiches on the road and we really wanted something different. Enter Noodles.

I ordered the sesame shitake udon with beef, and he ordered the peanut Thai noodles with chicken, both of us getting out of there for under $14 total. The noodles were cooked nicely, not boiled to a mush, and then seared quickly with the beef (or chicken, as the case may be), giving them a nice toasted flavor. Topped with cilantro and lime, the small portions were just right for a filling but not over-full lunch.

If you don't feel like Asian style noodles, they offer Italian combinations and American style versions (mac n cheese) as well as a few salads.

Something for everyone, and a nice addition to the mall!
