I frequent this particular location about twice a month. Usually eat in the bar since seating is usually available upon arrival. We have always had good to great service. Lots of tasty choices on the menu. One of my current favorites is the Chicken Spinach salad that has walnuts, apples, bacon, bleu cheese, cranberries, and other good stuff. The sweet vinegarette dressing is perfect for it. My wife really likes the prime rib.
UPDATE! The prime rib has been deleted from the menu. She is back to the loaded potato soup and a salad.
We called before arriving and were told they currently were at a 15 minute wait time. Seeing as how we live only minutes away, we arrived at a 25-30 minute wait. After 45 minutes, the manager made several stops by us to let us know they were waiting on 2 groups of people to get up and the first to leave would be our table. As the tables continued to talk, I was becoming more frustrated. Finally, when our time came to be sat, we were set beside eachother at 2 booths with the dividers pulled away. It was nice, not what I envisioned, but nice. The manager then delivered 2 appetizers to our table as a way of saying Thank You for our patience. I was sold! As someone of the service industry - this is the mark of a TRUE manager. He went out of his way to ensure we knew that they knew we were waiting. Then he kept us happy with a couple appetizers, which we didn't ask for. Our server was very friendly and courteous, prompt with our salads, which we weren't charged for. Overall this was a wonderful experience and we will be back!
Review Source:We eat here a couple times a month and for the most part it is always good and consistent. Â There have been a few servers that have lacked any kind of personality, but the food is always tasty, the beer is always cold and the Managers always seem genuinely concerned that you are having a good experience.
