O'Hearn's Pub

I hate this place since it changed ownership from what used to be Ricky Gene's.  Ricky Gene's was the best dive bar with great music, karaoke and drinks.  O'hearns remodeled and it looks nicer but there are a whole lot of Cholos, yes I said cholos, gangsters whatever.  Every time I've been there there has always some kind of drama..  and they fired the best KJ in the world Alex, Now some other guy does it and brings out his dinky old system with a 13" TV...I don't think we will ever go back there again.  The only great thing about O'hearns are the bartenders, Toni  & Patricia.

The only cool place in Lomita to eat, drink and see live music on the weekends!! Just like the original O'hearns in Redondo Beach they are holding down the atmosphere where "everything & everyone is special..." All the haters don't know what they're saying...go in and take in your own experience for yourself...it's the only place in Lomita to get a real drink and a bomb ass burger to chase it...be there for St. Pats I know it will go off!!!! Not at all like (Rickygenes) this place blows doors on that dive!!!

Having driven by this place many many times, decided to 'stick my head in' and see what the deal is....

Typical neighborhood beer joint with pool tables, karaoke night and a little stage for bands.

I went there on a Wednesday around 9 pm and it seems pretty chill, just a few locals and regulars hanging out.

Bartender was nice. Easy parking. Drink specials and Happy Hour times.
