took my granddaughter, daughter and son in law to old chicago--july 3rd 2013 evening, they drove down from phoenix.  
the worst service and manager i ever encountered here in tucson !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!

do not waste you money eating a thing there, food was not that great!  manager lied and said he checked on our drinks after waiting more that 15 minutes, but he did not!  
order messed up we left feeling cheated!

we will never set foot in old chicago ever again!  and you should not either!

Absolutely terrible service.  As a member of the service industry I have never felt so poorly treated at a restaurant.  A group of us arrived after work for a few drinks and dinner hoping to enjoy the end of our night. Our server was incredibly friendly at the beginning (maybe because one of the girls we were with used to work with was in our company). The second this girl leaves our experience was awful.  The four of us put in a drink order, two of us got margaritas because of "Margarita Monday."  It took 10-15 minutes to get our first round which was incredibly confusing because the bar was not busy at all. Both margaritas came out wrong and when our server finally came to our table she tried to remedy the probably but only brought back one fixed margarita.  When we ordered another round of drinks I asked for my tab.  Another 10-15 minutes go by and we finally get our drinks and I did not receive my check.  Visibly frustrated, I had to wait yet another 15 minutes to finally get the server back to our table and ask for my check.  I am never going back to Old Chicago

Used to LOVE oc but this place has really gone downhill. Server was inattentive, took forever to get order placed, get drinks, apps and entree and it was not busy. Food wasn't very good and was inaccurate.  Who puts cilantro in italian marinara sauce?  Will think again before coming here.
