I've been visiting 1702 since it opened, and it's pretty much always been great. Â They have around 50 good beers on tap-- most of which are higher octane, such as IPA, stouts, barley wines, etc. Â One of the things I really like is their stand on crappy beer: Â They have none! Â No Bud, Coors, etc. Â Just good beer. Â Outstanding!
Also, they don't price gouge you for the craft beers the way many of the other places in town are starting to do. Â It's a new annoying game their all playing, but not 1702! Â Their prices are fair.
I enjoy the pizza and calzones, and I usually end up taking some of my food home. Â The toppings are quite fresh. Â They also have an intereseting hop bread (with hops, from beer, on top!). Â Try it!
The service is pretty good, even when they're busy. Â The servers seem to know a thing or 2 about beer, which is nice.
I decide  to stop in here  for some lunch a slice of house specialty pizza is 8.10$ a  calzone  of the house specialty is 12.10$ a regular cheese calzone  is 8.10$ and 1$ dollar for extra toppings I have try to order a beer but they where out of the 3 beers I picked so far.the food was good the service was well I didn't know who to. Tip since the person who I thought was the server never really showed back up we spent  45$  for 3 drinks and a meal  for the two of us including tip
