Pasco Kitchen & Lounge

Vegetarians, this is the place to eat! I went to Pasco last night and ordered the quinoa super food bowl and it was ridiculously delicious!! The whole feel of the restaurant is very calm and relaxing. It might be hard to find variety on a menu if you're a vegetarian, but if you go to Pasco they have many different choices! This place isn't just for vegetarians, there's a lot of great food choices for meat eaters as well! Love, love, love this place and I will be coming back frequently!!

I was not impressed with this place at all.  I was looking forward to meeting my friends on Friday night to celebrate one of there birthdays.  I checked out the menu and was excited to see what I thought was going to be some great ideas.  I arrived and sat with a couple friends while we waited for our other guests. The server, who was very young, came over to ask if I wanted a drink. As I attempted to look at the menu, the writing was so small and so faded that I could not tell the difference between drinks. I even put my glasses on and it did not help any.  I finally decided on one drink that our server said was good.  The Richey.  To my surprise is was horrible. I even had my friends try it and no one liked it. I ask the server for something else when she finally came back, she said she would still have to charge me for the drink.  You have to be kidding me!!!!!  Does not state on there menu that if you don't like it you pay for it.  No manager ever came over to explain.  This server had to be new( she would make a better hostess).  She had no clue how to take care of a table of 8. She never stayed longer then 2 min if that.  She never took our order all at once and she sounded scared when she did talk. I ordered the Sloppy Joe Sliders. Yes I said sliders.  What I got where to regular size sandwiches, with two burnt buns, burnt onions that had no taste of PBR and over done dried out fries.  Again server no where to be found.  My friend ordered the burger. Burnt toast came as the bun.  The attention to detail was not there at all. No manager to check on us.  I was in the restaurant industry for 12 years as a manager server bartender and I would never let my customers pay for a drink they didn't like. My friends were appalled. They had never heard of that. It should be printed on the menu in ink you can read.  Between the service or lack of, I would not go out of my way to go to this place again.  I hope that server gets trained and the manage whoever he or she was gets there eyes open.
