Great local bar right that's kind of hidden but is right off of 135/Meridian. The food and service was great. Drinks were cold and not expensive. It's 21 and up, so there were no kids running around and screaming (enough of that at home).
The bar is under new ownership and is a really nice little sports bar now. I would definitely recommend it if you're on the south side for lunch OR dinner (skip Applebees/Chilis/Fridays and give this place a shot).
Well worth the drive from the northeast side of  Indy.  A clean ,neat, safe little pub that has a great atmosphere to eat drink and watch sporting events.  Food and drinks are fabulous and they serve really good wine! Don't let the word get out or you won't be able to get in after it does.  Cozy little place that seats about 85 people.
Review Source:We came here recently for a change of scenery after reading Libbie's review.
The bar is non-smoking, so that was a plus. The drinks were ridiculously cheap so that's an even bigger plus. $2 for very strong well drinks on a Saturday night when a Pacers playoff game is on. Matthew Lesko probably couldn't even top that deal.
The food was OK. I had the fried catfish basket and the fish was actually a bit better than I expected. The breading was light and it wasn't too greasy. I would eat it again.
The crowd is definitely older than most bars I'm used to frequenting. An old-timer who was a customer, not an employee, tried to figure out how to get one of the TVs working and ended up turning off every single TV in the bar area. That made for some good entertainment while we ate.
What a turn around from the old bar that was here. We went here based off the reviews I had read and was glad to find a busy and happening place. The only reason I gave them 3 instead of 4 stars was because of the slow service at the start. I had to literally wave the waitress down to get her attention after sitting for almost 5 min and watching another cpl come in and get waited on the moment they sat down. Once we got her attention the rest of the evening went well. I had the prime rib special served with a baked potato roll and salad for 13.95. What a deal! My date had the Ruben sandwich. Both were very good and served in a timely manner. I will be back for sure. I still can not belive how nice it was compared to the smelly old place it use to be.
Review Source:A little off the beaten track, but if you're on the south side of Indianapolis you should  check this place out!
What was once a skanky bar has now been completely gutted & renovated into a very nice pub/restaurant with a new owner & new business name. And, it's non-smoking!
We've been to OMP a few times now and have really enjoyed the food, drinks, atmosphere and service. The menu & drink prices are amazingly inexpensive.
We've loved everything we've ordered here so far: nachos & chili cheese fries off the appetizer menu, an incredibly decent & satisfying  cheeseburger, an excellent Philly cheesesteak sandwich with giardiniera (!) on it, and a fried catfish platter with a footlong filet of deliciously breaded & fried catfish. Oh, and some of the biggest & meatiest hot wings I've had. Hot wings are some of my favorite food and these wings are up there at the top of my list.
They buy their meats locally (forget the name of the place) so we want to try some of their entrees in the near future. They advertise a 6 oz filet dinner with salad & potato for $11.99.
That's some crazy shit.
I hope this place makes it cuz it's a definite keeper.
