One of the worst Paneras I've ever been to. And that's saying a lot, as I eat at Panera 3-4 times a week while traveling for business. I enjoy the consistency and its fast without being fast food. Perfect for a traveler looking for something familiar. I've been to at least 30 different locations across the country this year and this location was the first to make me consider looking for a new choice.
I ate here twice. I shouldn't have, based on my first experience, but I love Panera and thought maybe it was just an off day.
First day (drive thru) - ordered a Greek salad with chicken and a diet Pepsi.
What I got - Greek salad, no chicken with Caesar dressing. And a regular pepsi. I was already back at my hotel 15 minutes away when I discovered this. Color me unhappy. Checked my receipt and I was charged for what I'd ordered, not the crap I received.
Second day - ordered a ham & Swiss sandwich. Didn't modify it. Went inside this time in case drive thru was the issue. Looked in the bag before leaving - all looked ok.
What I got - a turkey & Swiss sandwich. When I unwrapped the sandwich in my hotel room I wasn't sure if I was more upset with myself for not completely checking or with them for not making me what I'd ordered 2 days in a row!
I've never had issues like this with any other Panera and for it to happen two times in one week is absolutely unheard of and is not just a coincidence. I hope they get it together. Huge disappointment.
