Oh man! Came here because I over heard someone talking bout this place in the hospital (which is right next door)...  So I came to try it out. Wow! The penne Alfredo w/ chicken and broccoli was the bomb! It was $12 i may add! Places usually don't make an appetizing Alfredo sauce, majority all taste the same. This one was outstanding! Whoever cooks back there his seasoning is great!  My gf had the special of the salmon with orzo and veggies and wow for $14 we had a decent piece of salmon and  it tasted delicious. I can't believe I would ever go to chilis, Fridays or flannigans ever for a quick cheap meal, when I have this place. Great great food and affordable! Really impressed.
Review Source:AMAZING! My boyfriend and I recently took a trip to Miami and met with a friend for dinner at the Kendall hotel. I was a bit iffy at first glance although impeccably clean it was also incredibly empty. I decided to eat the churasco and mashed potatos, my boyfriend went with the New York strip steak and scalloped potatos, and our friend ordered the chicken fettuccine. The food ended up being the very best meal we had on our vacation! Besides our steak being cooked to perfection, my mashed were made of red skinned potatos and seasoned wonderfully. Also on my plate was this little tomato grilled and stuffed with cheese. Let me explain that typically I do not like tomatos, but being a fan of cheese I gave it a try and was left wanting more of it!!! I would definitely go back to this place my next trip to Miami, and I recommend any one in the area to give it a try.
Review Source:Inside the lobby of  the Kendall Hotel and Suites, is the Paradise Bar & Grill.  A very comfortable dining environment, offers a relaxed -atmosphere where you can enjoy good hotel food with hidden gems mixed in along the way.  For dinner, I had the crab cakes (*** 1/2 stars) which was drizzles in a delicious sauce.  Too bad they use a brad filler!!!
For my entree, I wfelt like Fred Flinstone when I ordered a braised lamb shank on top of polenta (*** stars) the lamb was a hint gamey and bland the polenta was tasty but lumpy.
Service is friendly and courteous and the the food shows signs of a great home cook, who just needs to sharpen her skills a tad to really shine!!!
