We've been here a few times. Â The food is consistent and pretty flavorful. Â The dishes actually taste different vs. just the same sticky sweet taste over various proteins and veggies. Â The veggies in the dishes are crisp and fresh. Â There's a good variety of stir-fried or sauteed dishes. Â It's a nice change from everything being deep fried. Â (I'm not saying this food is good for you, it's not.)
The staff are nice and keep drinks full. Â
The last time we went here was a weekday evening. Â We dropped a vehicle off for service and decided to stop in. Â The buffet was full and hot, but the problem was that all restaurant guests were shoved into one small section of the dining room. Â
My assumption is that they wanted to keep the other side clean and use less staff, but it was cramped, loud and hot. Â In a plate service setting, I'm sure it would have been different, but everyone in this room had to get up and go to the buffet. Â There was no avoiding bumping into each other or having people bump into the back of your seat.
We were about to visit the buffet for a second time when a couple with two screaming children were seated immediately next to us. Â
We decided to cut our losses and head home.
This is a very standard Chinese buffet. Not great but not bad.
The food is a little greasy, but that's typical of a buffet. The interior is not super nice but it's clean. The service is spotty, but it's a buffet, right?
Do you get the idea this is a pretty run-of-the-mill Chinese buffet?
